Dalpay.is is a legal reseller for Bjórböðin ehf. (http://www.bjorbodin.is).

Payments

All bookings made through bjorbodin.is require full payment.

All rates are in Icelandic currency (ISK) and include taxes and service fees.

Prices can change without notice.

When you book through our website you will receive a E-ticket in email.

You need to bring this ticket when you arrive on your booking date and time.

Each ticket may only use once.

 

When you book on the website you are asked to choose a date and time.

Your E-ticket only works for that time.

 

 

Changing a booking

If you want to change your booking that has been paid for, Bjórböðin has to right to charge 1.000 kr as change fee.

Cancelling a booking

​All cancelations must be presented written via email, to the address bjorbodin@bjorbodin.is.

  • If you cancel with more than 3 days notice: 90% is refunded

  • If you cancel with 1-3 days (24-72 hours) notice: 50% is refunded

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice: No refund is made 

 

Pay on arrival

If you choose to pay on arrival you will go through same booking process, see Payments.

Bjórböðin has the right to charge for the booking full price if it is not canceled at the right time, see Cancelations.

 

Guarantee and rules

  • Our guests that arrive on our location are on their own responsibility and are responsible for young ones that are with them.
  • Each guest takes responsibility for his or her own health.
  • No warranty is taken on any valuables that guests may have with them. Please be careful not to leave anything outside, in lockers or robe pockets.
  • Please note that floors can be slippery and/or wet.
  • Note that the beer baths are located on a seafront.
  • Note that a stream is located 200 meters from the Beer Baths.
